I have been a fully qualified D.S.A instructor for 10 years, initially training and qualifying with a major national company. I spent a further year developing my experience and teaching techniques with a well known and established local driving school and then formed my own driving school.
My teaching philosophy is simple and has been very effective, to encourage driving development by being professional, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly engaging and encouraging the views of my pupils. I am a great believer in people thinking and acting for themselves as soon as possible. A pupil should always feel comfortable in offering their views, opinions and asking relevant questions, it is motivating for them and me. Learning to drive should be structured, easy to understand and enjoyable.
